The DelMarVa SHRM website is available to all visitors, although some content and features are restricted to DelMarVa SHRM members.

The DelMarVa SHRM Chapter collects and maintains membership information as a part of servicing its membership. DelMarVa SHRM restricts access to nonpublic, personal information about DelMarVa SHRM members to the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and to the DelMarVa SHRM Chapter Board, Chair, Committee Members, and appropriate designates of the chapter when there is a business reason to know this information and in order to provide member services to its members.

The chapter may share mailing lists (names and mailing addresses) of its members to selected human resources affiliates and service providers as authorized in advance by the DelMarVa SHRM Board of Directors and approved by individual DelMarVa SHRM members. The chapter does not share member e-mail addresses to third parties.
